Biography
Adam brings many years of teaching experience and a strong background in working with both fitness enthusiasts and athletes. He is deeply committed to exploring innovative methods that engage students and foster a comprehensive understanding of human movement. Adam enjoys teaching students to apply classroom concepts to real-world human movement, ranging from clinical populations to elite athletes. He emphasizes the importance of both the science and art of movement, encouraging students to appreciate its role in overall health, performance, and well-being. His teaching philosophy integrates practical knowledge with a strong foundation in functional movement, injury prevention, and athletic development. Outside of the classroom, Adam enjoys hiking and golfing, activities that allow him to stay connected to his passion for movement and the outdoors.
