Biography
Dr. Fan received her Ph.D. in Hospitality Management from The Pennsylvania State University, and Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University. Her research interests include consumer behavior, services marketing, service innovation, and cross-cultural study. Before moving into academia, she had a decade of management experience in the hospitality industry, working at major hotel chains in different countries.
