Biography
Caroline Kraft Malone earned her master’s and doctorate degrees in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and her bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas. Upon completing her PhD in 2017, she was a Visiting Assitant Professor at Hillsdale College where she taught Cognitive Psychology, Child Psychology, Lifespan Development, and Research Methods. After that Caroline was a Fixed-Term Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Michigan State University where she taught Child Development, Lifespan Development, and Adolescent Development for four years. In 2022, Caroline joined the University of Arkansas as an Instructor in the Department of Psychological Science and taught Behavioral Neuroscience, Research Literacy, and Developmental Psychology. Caroline and her husband moved to Lafayette in June of 2024 and welcomed their first child a couple weeks later. Caroline is thrilled to join the Department of Psychological Sciences at Purdue University and teach Elementary Psychology, Aging and Development, and Memory in 2025!
