Casey Marks

Biography

As Senior Strategic Data Manager, Casey supports data driven decision making in the leadership of the College. He is committed to data quality and clarity of communication. In addition to providing information on how to find data in University dashboards and Cognos standard content, Casey authors custom Cognos reports, compiles custom datasets, performs quantitative research and assessments on student programs, provides standard tabular reports on data for the College and academic units, and any other projects related to institutional data. His main sponsors, stakeholders, or customers are the Dean, Associate Deans, Directors of Student Services, Department Heads, and members of the Undergraduate and Graduate Policy and Curriculum Committees.

Casey has been with HHS since 2017 and at Purdue since 2013. He is a Purdue Engineering alumnus and worked as an engineer in industry for several years before transitioning to a career in higher education analytics.
