Biography
After graduating with a BS from the College of Science in 2008, Elizabeth’s experience in interdisciplinary research and as a EMT-B led to her desire to explore a career path focused in direct patient care. Elizabeth chose nursing and completed the accelerated BSN program at IUPUI in Indianapolis.
Elizabeth’s nursing career has spanned several roles and facilities across central Indiana, working primarily in neonatal and pediatric intensive care. Her passion for education started early, and she has worked in academic, hospital-based, and community-based education over the years. In 2020, Elizabeth received her MSN as a Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist.
Elizabeth is the Coordinator for the Nursing Center for Family Health, an interdisciplinary clinic and teaching space. She is focused on providing meaningful and innovative educational opportunities and services to faculty, students, and the greater community.
