Something Cool/Unique About Me

I’m a Pre-Physician Assistant student with over 3.5 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, along with experience as a Patient Care Assistant in an orthopedic clinic. At Purdue, I participated in a medical mission trip to Peru through the Caduceus Club and currently contribute to research in Dr. Hubach’s Sexual Health Lab. I’m passionate about healthcare, community service, and creating meaningful impact through both clinical and research experiences!

Advice For Students

Many students (including myself) are eager to get involved, and end up signing up for every club that interests them. However, I found that spreading myself too thin meant I couldn’t fully commit to any of them. I’d recommend focusing on just two or three clubs that you’re genuinely passionate about, so you can invest your time and energy more meaningfully. Academically, make the most of exam reviews, attend office hours, and go to class… even if attendance isn’t required! It’s crucial to start strong your freshman year, as your GPA sets the foundation. Classes will only get harder, and it’s much easier to maintain a high GPA than to raise it later on.
