Biography

I teach courses that focus on the research and practice of cultivating healthy relationships and well-being throughout the lifespan. I have studied the effects of mindfulness and self-compassion interventions for educators, students, healthcare professionals, and parents. I enjoy facilitating programs to support groups and individuals in applying these skills to their unique contexts.
