Biography
Dr. Nilupa Gunaratna is an Associate Professor of Public Health, with a courtesy appointment in Nutrition Science, at Purdue University. Her research, teaching, and professional engagement focus on food systems, food security, and nutrition for at-risk populations, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. Her research specifically aims to develop and evaluate interventions that equitably and sustainably improve food security and nutrition, while promoting rigorous and ethical quantitative methods.
