Join Trenton Mize, associate professor of sociology at Purdue University, for an insightful exploration of the perceptions of workers utilizing parental leave policies. Mize’s research has shed light on both the challenges and positive dimensions experienced by workers taking paid parental leave in the U.S. Amidst widespread support of parental leave policies, Mize unveils compelling findings that challenge conventional narratives. This inaugural Center for Families Fellowship Lecture is free and open to the public. Space is limited, so registration is required. Lunch will be provided to those who are registered.
