1. How can we create shared norms to disrupt bias in our classrooms, labs, offices, and other local environments?
2. How can shared norms to disrupt bias make it easier for people to a) speak up, and b) not feel threated when their bias is pointed out?
3. How does disrupting bias shape people’s perceptions of whether local environments condone bias? How can disrupting bias create safer spaces for members of underrepresented or minoritized groups?
