The Purdue Black Tie Dinner is an annual event at Purdue University that showcases the talents of future hospitality leaders through student-managed planning and execution. The dinner features gourmet cooking, synchronized service and other industry arts. The event also includes auctions and donations to support an endowment fund that sponsors student volunteer awards in the White Lodging-J.W. Marriott, Jr. School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
