Life Inspired Week: Lifelong Learning – Life Lessons from a Blue Zone

Did you know there are areas around the world known as “Blue Zones” where large numbers of the population routinely live to be 100 years old? One of those regions is Ikaria, Greece. Learn what students and representatives from the School of Nursing and Health and Human Sciences Extension discovered about life in a Blue Zone when they traveled to Ikaria to uncover secrets to a long and healthy life.
