National Stuttering Association One-Day Conference

Purdue University’s Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences is hosting Indiana’s first-ever National Stuttering Association One‑Day Conference. The event brings together people who stutter, their families and friends, and speech-language pathologists for a day dedicated to learning, connection and empowerment.

The conference offers a variety of sessions and workshops designed especially for children, teens and adults who stutter; family members and friends; and speech-language pathologists.

Snacks, beverages and lunch are included in the admission price.

Please register by April 7.

Parking

The event will take place on Purdue University’s West Lafayette campus in Lyles-Porter Hall (715 Clinic Drive). You may enter the building through the side or front entrances. Free parking lots closest to Lyles-Porter Hall are outlined in red in the photo below. Street parking is also free. Additionally, there is a pay-to-park garage (not pictured) attached to Lyles-Porter Hall. Parking in the garage will cost approximately $6 for the four-hour event, with a maximum charge of $10 for the entire day.
