Something unique about me is that I am a first generation student.

Advice For Students

My biggest advice would be to get involved early and don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. Join clubs, go to campus events, and meet new people because those connections can make college more enjoyable. Staying on top of your classes from the beginning since it’s much harder to catch up once you fall behind is important. Lastly to not be afraid to ask professors or advisors for guidance and help.
