Biography

Reyn Smith is the Associate Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist for the Department of Human Development and Family Science (HDFS) at Purdue University. He graduated from the Mitch Daniels School of Business with a B.S. in marketing and economics and joined HDFS a week later. Since then, he has become a published author, won multiple awards for his work, and spearheaded many new marketing campaigns for HDFS.

In his role, Reyn supports the department through branding, print and digital design, social media strategy, photography, videography, and creative consulting. His work reflects a commitment to cohesive messaging, creative excellence, and sharing the impact of HDFS with broader audiences.

Along with his love for Purdue and HDFS, Reyn is a huge movie buff and fan of the Indiana Pacers. He also enjoys spending time with his family, going on nature walks, and listening to almost any genre of music.
