The Purdue Black Tie Dinner is an annual event at Purdue University that showcases the talents of students in the White Lodging-J.W. Marriott, Jr. School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. The dinner is student-managed and features gourmet food, synchronized service and other industry arts. The event also includes auctions and donations to support an endowment fund that sponsors student volunteer awards.
