Biography

Jenna graduated from Purdue University School of Nursing in December 2015 with distinction. While a student at Purdue University, she was a Student Nurse Fellow at IU Health Arnett. Upon graduation she worked at IU Health in Outpatient Pediatrics and pursued a Master’s Degree as a Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Jenna also served as the coordinator for the Education & Training/Simulation Lab during her years working in the Air Force as a medic. She helped prepare many active duty troops for deployment. Jenna fell in love with the idea of becoming an educator. This led her to pursue a Doctor in Nursing Practice degree. Jenna is beyond thrilled to be back at her alma mater and educating future nurses. She currently teaches Essentials of Nursing Practice and Public Health.
