Anneliese Beswick

Biography

The backdoor in my childhood home had a sign that read, “Hoosier by birth; Boilermaker by the grace of God.” I think that pretty much sums it up! Purdue has always been a part of my life, and I’m honored to have not only earned my degrees here but also to have been an employee for many years.

My career in higher education began in the Daniels School of Business (formerly Krannert School of Management) as an academic advisor, and then to the College of Agriculture to work specifically with transfer students. In 2017, I had the opportunity to join the College of Health and Human Sciences as director of recruitment, and I now serve as senior director of student services.

I was raised in Huntington, Indiana, but now call Avon, Indiana home. I live with my two favorite people – my husband, Brian, and my daughter, Kate. Our family was complete when we adopted our two dogs, Corona and Karma, and our cat, Hans.
