Biography
Dr. Wang’s research work centers on addressing evidence gaps in vulnerable populations’ health promotion and disease prevention through integrating knowledge from nursing science, preventive medicine, and precision medicine. Her current research interest is in developing personalized, community-based interventions to support cancer prevention behaviors among vulnerable populations by using innovative strategies and by collaborating with community health workers. She has expertise in survey design, measurement development, community-based research, and a variety of qualitative methods.
