Biography
Heather Dykes is the current Associate Director of Student Services/Director of Student Success for the College of Health and Human Sciences at Purdue University. Her career at Purdue began on March 21, 2011 as a Psychological Sciences Academic Advisor, after having served as the Director of Residence Education at the College of Charleston (Charleston, SC) and the Coordinator for Residence Education at Western Kentucky University (Bowling Green, KY). In her current role she is responsible for the administration of college level scholarships, several mentoring programs and learning communities, and overseeing the academic probation process for HHS students. Outside of her job responsibilities Heather serves as an advisor to the Lambda Chapter of Phi Kappa Tau and the HHS Student Council. Heather graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts (majors in Secondary Education, History and Journalism) and a Master of Arts in Education (Higher Education and Counseling).
